I practice Humanistic Psychotherapy, which focuses primarily on the relationship between therapist and client.

As such, I focus upon assisting clients in making the changes that they feel are most appropriate. Humanistic Psychotherapy is non-judgmental and positive in nature, with particular attention paid to clients strengths as opposed to the negative view we can have about ourselves.

I choose to practice Humanistic Psychotherapy as I have found it especially useful in both growth and change for clients. It is intended that our relationship will serve as the model for you to accept yourself and eventually become empowered to make long lasting change.
